What the website stores
Your profile contains the answers you enter, saved revisions, submission references, consent choices, portal messages, tasks, and review activity. It does not request a Social Security number, full date of birth, medical record, identity document, bank statement, or credit report.
Private access
A sample uses a randomly generated browser session. The session cookie is inaccessible to page scripts and expires after seven days. A different browser cannot retrieve the same sample. Do not use shared computers for private information.
Real profiles use email access codes. Codes expire after ten minutes, are limited to five attempts, and can be used once. The database stores a keyed code digest and a session-token hash. Signing out revokes that browser session. No ChatGPT account is required.
Review and outside services
Applicant records are restricted to their account. A verified email address on the owner-configured reviewer list can review real profiles. Ordinary review responses exclude accommodation and private rental-discussion request fields; a restricted support workflow still needs to be configured and staffed.
When configured, the access-email provider receives the destination email and an access code. Housing, income, and credit answers are not included. Receipt notifications, SMS, CRM, scheduling, screening, document uploads, and referral delivery are separate, unconnected services. No advertising tracker or session-replay integration is configured.
Your choices
Optional marketing choices are separate from profile updates. Use Privacy + contact to update them, download your information, withdraw the inquiry, or delete your profile. A configured retention hold prevents deletion.
Retention and hosting
Session expiry does not automatically delete a profile. No automatic production retention schedule has been configured. Deletion removes linked application records; server backups follow the operator’s separate retention policy. On independent hosting, the operator controls the server, database, email-provider configuration, and backups. These policies must be finalized before real applicants are invited.
